Do you need to reschedule a rain-out game or schedule a practice?  Here is the process.

• The online schedule is the official game schedule.  If a game needs to be rescheduled it must be done ahead of time. 
• Speak to the opposing coach and find a few dates / times that work.  Most fields are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for practices and make-up games. Once you have decided on dates follow the following steps:

• 1. To schedule a game or practice contact Lindsay at 810-294-0032
• 2. Once you receive confirmation on your date/time let your division director know
• 3. For all divisions except tball- email Umpire in Chief Scott Orts at [email protected] with details on old game as well as new game so he can make sure umpires are scheduled accordingly

• If you are cancelling a game you must contact your respective league director so umpires can be cancelled, etc.
